Please check the colour settings of your sensors in the Information and Data Part of the Record Window. Here you can set the visibility and colours of your devices' sensors.

My serial mouse does not work after starting the program

Please check your settings of your Serial Connection Parameters.
Set your connection parameters in the Device Settings Window.

The record is cut short

Make sure that the cable of your serial connection or your network connection is connected properly.
Please check the connection between your device and PC.
Please check whether error messages occured on the display of your steriliser or disinfector.

The record is not running

Make sure that you connected either the serial cable or the network cable correctly to your device.
Please check the connection between your device and PC and check the settings of your serial port or your IP settings.

Please make sure that your connection parameters are properly set.

Connection via TCP/IP:
Please make sure that the network address of your steriliser or disinfector is set properly. And make sure that the corresponding port of your device is properly set. The the sensors of the device are not displayed

Make sure that you activated the view of the sensor in the Information and Data Part of the Record Window. Here you can set the visibility and colours of your devices' sensors.
